Maserati Montreal, a premium dealership located in Mont-Royal, Quebec, is seeking a Tire and Wheel Installer to join its dedicated team. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in installing tires and wheels and shares our commitment to quality, safety, and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Install, remove, and balance tires and wheels on vehicles, ensuring safety and compliance with standards.
- Perform tire rotations, check the condition of rims and TPMS sensors, diagnose faults, and advise on replacements if necessary.
- Prepare and inspect tires and wheels, operate installation and balancing tools and machines accurately.
- Keep the workspace clean and organized; follow up on orders and record information in the system.
- Collaborate with technicians and the sales team to optimize the customer experience and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in installing tires and wheels; knowledge of tires, rims, and TPMS.
- Ability to handle heavy tires and work standing for extended periods; good physical condition.
- Proficiency in using installation and balancing machines, and reading technical sheets.
- Team spirit, customer service orientation, and reliability.
- Valid driver's license in Quebec (Class 5); availability for flexible hours.
- Bilingual French/English is an advantage.
