Used Vehicle Sales Director

At Honda Casavant, used vehicles are at the heart of our success.
We deliver approximately 1.5 used vehicles for every new vehicle sold, making our used vehicle department one of the most efficient in the region. We are seeking an experienced leader to take the helm of an already solid operation and lead it even further.
What you will do
- Manage the entire used vehicle department
- Purchase between 150 and 200 vehicles per year (Marketplace, Openlane, Wholesale Express, auctions, etc.)
- Actively participate in the desk and T.O.
- Maximize profitability and inventory turnover
- Develop and mobilize a high-performance team
