Job Description

Hyundai St-Jérôme, a Hyundai dealership in Mirabel, is seeking a Sales Advisor to join our dynamic and customer-focused team in a high-volume environment. A minimum of one year of sales experience is required; experience in the automotive sector will be considered an asset.

Job Description: In this results-oriented role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a key role in the commercial success of our dealership. You will assist clients throughout the purchasing process, from the initial appointment to after-sales service, prioritizing a seamless and personalized experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and understand their needs in order to propose suitable solutions.
  • Present and configure new and used Hyundai vehicles, conduct demonstrations and test drives.
  • Manage the sales process from start to finish, including financing proposals and additional options.
  • Work closely with the service and financing departments to ensure a smooth and satisfactory customer experience.
  • Follow up after the sale and develop a long-term relationship with clients.
  • Keep the CRM updated and actively participate in loyalty and lead generation campaigns.
  • Achieve or exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Regularly participate in product and procedural training.

Profile Sought:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales; automotive experience is an asset.
  • Excellent communication skills, active listening, and negotiation skills.
  • Results-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing a high volume of clients.
  • Fluent in French; English is an asset.
  • Valid driver's license; availability to adapt to the dealership's hours.
  • Team spirit, neat presentation, and professional integrity.
