We are looking for an Internal BDC Agent at the Business Development Center!
Summary: Reporting to the new and used car sales managers, the Business Development Center (BDC) representative is responsible for following up on sales opportunities from the new or used vehicle departments, and assists the renewal manager by applying a follow-up strategy. He/she communicates with customers via phone, email, SMS, etc., with the ultimate goal of influencing the consumer to (re)enter the dealership.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordination of sales opportunity follow-ups
- Follow-up with clients who "walked out" the previous day
- Identification and follow-up with any potential clients – owners of older models, in financing
- Follow-up 24 hours after delivery for CSI satisfaction
- Assist the renewal department by performing an annual follow-up on the lease anniversary date. This follow-up will ultimately lead to managing appointments with the assigned representative. Organization of subsequent visits until the end of the term.
- Any other follow-up tasks requested by management
- Full-time position
- Work schedule to be discussed.
