At CAS Financement, we are looking for a Car Financing Broker specialized in second chance credit programs to join our dynamic team. This key role involves guiding our clients through their auto financing processes while ensuring their financial health.

As a Car Financing Broker, your responsibilities will include:

  • Evaluating financing applications and proposing tailored solutions that meet clients' needs, considering their financial situation.
  • Implementing best practices to help clients acquire reliable vehicles and support their journey toward better financial health.
  • Collaborating with the team to develop strategies aimed at enhancing the customer experience.
  • Maintaining thorough follow-up on files and contributing to the achievement of sales targets.

Qualifications required for this position include:

  • At least one year of sales experience in a similar role within the financing, automotive, or a related industry.
  • Excellent communication and customer relations skills, along with a results-oriented approach.
  • The ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team.
