- The main objective of this position is to purchase used cars from dealerships to supply the network of the Carbur Group's 3 dealerships.
- Develop their purchasing network by regularly visiting car dealerships (a big advantage if the candidate already has a network of contacts).
- Negotiate purchase prices and buy cars.
- Understand and analyze statistical data on the used car market (lease returns, fleets, finance buybacks, etc.).
- Ensure to obtain the RDPRM, Car Proof, contract, and registration with each purchase.
- Improve knowledge of vehicle models and brands.
- Enhance and refine the evaluation of the value of used vehicles.
- Learn and master the impact of repair costs on the purchase price.
- Collaborate with various internal groups (finance, transportation and logistics, service, sales, etc.).
- Monitor arbitration cases, if necessary.
- Communicate results on a weekly basis to superiors and be open to feedback and suggestions for improvement.
- With the existing team, increase the number of annual purchases.
