Are you an experienced technician, passionate about mechanics and known for your ability to pass on your knowledge to others? Do you enjoy being on the workshop floor, supporting your colleagues, and tackling technical challenges on a daily basis? This opportunity is for you.
Your role:
Act as the primary technical resource for technicians in the workshop.
Intervene on complex diagnostics and support your colleagues in solving mechanical problems.
Train and guide technicians on best practices, technical updates, and BMW procedures.
Work closely with the technical team to maintain a high level of quality and precision in repairs.
Be a driving force of collaboration, rigor, and expertise within the team.
Desired profile:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an automotive mechanic (luxury or European vehicles is a plus).
Strong skills in diagnostics, electricity, electronics, and onboard technologies.
Journeyman card (1st class) or equivalent certification.
Natural leadership through expertise, respect, and passion for the trade.
Team spirit, pedagogical approach, and willingness to share your knowledge.
Knowledge of BMW products (an important advantage).
