Vimont Toyota Laval is currently looking for a Delivery Clerk / Sales Secretary for Used Vehicles.
We are seeking candidates who have experience in the same position within a dealership. If you are dynamic, motivated, and efficient, join our energetic team.

Reporting to the General Sales Manager, the successful candidate will have the primary responsibility of performing all tasks related to supporting the used vehicle sales department.
Responsibilities:
- Register vehicles;
- Ensure the preparation of sold vehicles in anticipation of delivery;
- Coordinate vehicle deliveries to customers;
- Deliver used vehicles to new customers (ensure that documentation is properly completed and signed, explain all features of the new vehicle to the customer);
- Ensure that each customer is fully satisfied;
- Perform various administrative tasks related to vehicle sales files and the used vehicle department.
Profile:
- Similar experience at another dealership is a significant asset;
- Relevant customer service experience;
- Customer service-oriented with a high concern for customer satisfaction;
- Rigorous in verifying forms and documents;
- Comfortable with numbers and organized;
- Initiative and professionalism at all times;
- Conscientious about the importance of excellent customer service;
- Dynamic and excellent team spirit;
- Bilingualism is essential;
- Valid driver’s license;
- Flexible schedule;
- Interpersonal and communication skills;
- Planning and organizational skills;
- Ability to multitask and team-oriented.
