We are looking for a talented and passionate dent repair technician to join our dynamic team at the Certified Europa Collision Center. As a dent repair technician, you will play a crucial role in repairing and restoring damaged vehicles, while ensuring customer satisfaction.
As a dent repair technician, you will be responsible for:
- Assessing damages and determining appropriate repair methods.
- Reading and understanding estimates to carry out the required repairs.
- Dismantling and inspecting damaged parts.
- Performing repairs and replacing body and structural parts.
- Collaborating closely with other team members (estimator and paint department) to ensure an efficient repair process.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety standards.
- Managing time effectively to meet production deadlines.
Required qualifications:
- High school diploma (DES).
- Training diploma in bodywork.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a dent repair technician.
- I-CAR or manufacturer certifications (an asset).
- Experience with European vehicles (an asset).
- Motivation and a positive attitude are the most important criteria.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license.
- Spoken languages: French, English (for out-of-town training purposes).
