We are looking for a talented and motivated dent remover to join our dynamic team at the certified Europa Collision Center. As a dent remover, you will play a key role in restoring damaged vehicles, ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality service.
Your role will include the following responsibilities:
- Analyzing damage sustained by vehicles and determining appropriate repair techniques.
- Reading and understanding estimates to carry out the required repairs.
- Dismantling and inspecting damaged parts.
- Performing repairs and replacements of body and structural parts.
- Collaborating with other team members (estimator and paint department) to ensure effective coordination of work.
- Reassembling the vehicle and executing quality control.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment while adhering to the company’s quality standards.
- Managing time effectively to meet production deadlines.
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience as a dent remover.
- High school diploma (DES).
- Bodywork training diploma.
- Ability to work independently while demonstrating a team spirit.
- I-CAR or manufacturer certifications (required).
- Experience with European vehicles (required).
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality in every aspect of work.
- Motivation and a positive attitude are the most important criteria.
- Valid driver's license.
- Spoken languages: French, English (for training purposes outside).
