Contract type: Full-time Hours: Monday to Friday, 12 PM - 8 PM
Job description:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized receptionist to join our team in the afternoon and evening. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, playing a key role in their experience within our dealership.
Main tasks: • Welcome clients and direct them according to their needs. • Answer phone calls and email inquiries. • Process payments and issue receipts. • Ensure the reception area and the presentation of the dealership are functioning properly. • Collaborate with the sales and after-sales service teams. • Any other related tasks.
Desired profile: • Experience in reception or customer service (preferably in the automotive sector). • Excellent communication skills. • Good organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure. • Proficiency with computer tools. • Bilingual in French and English (an asset). • Availability in the evening.
