- Train and mentor the team on best practices in automotive financing and credit application processing.
- Stay updated on market trends and financing regulations to provide informed advice.
- Collaborate closely with sales and service departments to maximize opportunities and financial outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of financing products and credit solutions.
- Ability to work as part of a team while showing initiative and leadership.
