We are looking for an experienced Mechanic/Technician to join our dynamic team at OK Pneus Beloeil / St Hilaire Inc. In this key role, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of various vehicles while ensuring superior service to our customers.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough diagnostics to identify mechanical and electronic issues.
- Performing repairs on braking, suspension, and steering systems as well as engines.
- Carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance on vehicles, including oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid changes.
- Installing and balancing tires, ensuring safety procedures are followed.
- Providing excellent customer service and addressing customer questions regarding repairs performed.
To succeed in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive mechanics.
- A diploma in automotive technology or an equivalent certificate is an asset.
- In-depth knowledge of the mechanical and electronic systems of modern vehicles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a sense of customer service.
