Main Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate diagnostics and repairs on various vehicle models, with a focus on the Alfa Romeo brand.
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance according to company standards and manufacturer recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with service personnel to ensure smooth communication and optimal customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and techniques in the automotive industry by participating in ongoing training.
- Meet deadlines and ensure that all repairs are carried out in compliance with safety and quality standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in automotive mechanics or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of the mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems of vehicles.
- Ability to work independently while demonstrating teamwork.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A commitment to quality customer service and customer satisfaction.
