We are looking for a passionate and skilled Mechanic/Technician to join our dynamic team at Centre de l'Auto Ste-Marie. In this essential role, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of various vehicles, ensuring high-quality service for our loyal clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate diagnostics and repairs on vehicles, including brakes, suspension, electrical systems, and more.
- Conduct safety and performance inspections in accordance with manufacturer standards.
- Work closely with the team to optimize work processes and ensure effective communication.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining the work performed and advising on future vehicle maintenance.
- Actively participate in updating the technical knowledge required to work on hybrid and electric vehicles.
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in automotive mechanics or equivalent certification.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a workshop environment.
- Knowledge of modern automotive systems and diagnostic techniques.
- Ability to work independently while being a good team player.
- Excellent communication skills, focused on customer service.
