Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair Volvo vehicles using state-of-the-art tools and equipment.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on a wide range of vehicle models.
- Collaborate with technical advisors to provide accurate information on the condition of vehicles.
- Maintain an organized work environment in compliance with safety standards.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction while meeting service deadlines.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of three years of experience as an automotive mechanic or technician.
- In-depth knowledge of Volvo vehicles and their preferred systems.
- Hold a degree in automotive mechanics or an equivalent certification.
- Ability to work in a team while demonstrating initiative and independence.
- Ability to build positive relationships with customers and clearly communicate technical information.
