Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate diagnostics and repairs of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems of vehicles.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance according to established standards.
- Work closely with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth daily operations.
- Keep documentation and intervention reports up to date.
- Actively participate in ongoing training programs to stay at the forefront of automotive technologies.
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma in heavy vehicle mechanics or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
- Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency with computer tools related to heavy vehicles and diagnostic systems.
- Ability to work independently while being an active team member.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
