As a Mechanic/Technician within our dealership, your main responsibilities will include:
- Performing diagnostics and repairs on a variety of Ford and Lincoln vehicles, ensuring we maintain our high standards of quality.
- Carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure the safety and satisfaction of our customers.
- Collaborating closely with service advisors to ensure smooth communication and exceptional customer service.
- Participating in ongoing training to stay updated with new technologies and repair techniques.
The qualifications required for this position are:
- A minimum of one year of experience in automotive mechanics, ideally in a dealership environment.
- A recognized certification in automotive mechanics would be an asset.
- A strong ability to work as part of a team with a keen sense of customer service.
- Autonomy, rigor, and attention to detail.
