Haut-Richelieu Volkswagen is looking for a passionate and dedicated Mechanic/Technician to join our dynamic team in Saint-Jean-Sur-Richelieu. In this key role, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of Volkswagen vehicles, ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our customers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostics and repairs on Volkswagen vehicles.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance according to manufacturer standards.
- Provide exemplary customer service, explaining the work performed and recommending additional services when appropriate.
- Collaborate with the rest of the team to optimize workshop efficiency.
- Stay informed about new technologies and procedures in the automotive industry.
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma in automotive mechanics or equivalent training.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably at a dealership.
- In-depth knowledge of mechanical and electronic systems of vehicles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license.
