Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate diagnostics and repairs on a variety of Ford vehicles and other brands.
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance by following the company's quality and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the service team to guarantee an exceptional customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and effectively communicate with customers about the status of their vehicles.
- Stay up to date with new technologies and repair techniques in the automotive industry.
Required Qualifications:
- A diploma in automotive mechanics or equivalent, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Certification or training specific to Ford vehicles is an asset.
- Strong technical skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
