As a Payroll Master, you will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of our human resources department by ensuring that payroll operations are conducted accurately and in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process payroll for all employees, ensuring full compliance with current laws and regulations.
- Manage tax declarations and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Collaborate closely with the human resources departments to respond to payroll, leave, and benefits inquiries.
- Maintain and update payroll records and employee information in our management system.
- Respond to employee questions regarding their payroll and benefits, providing exemplary customer service.
- Identify and proactively resolve any discrepancies or issues related to payroll.
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of one year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Excellent knowledge of tax laws and payroll regulations.
- Proficiency in payroll software and computer tools, with an aptitude for technology.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team while meeting deadlines.
