Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers professionally and courteously, providing them with a memorable experience from the moment they arrive.
- Answer phone calls and emails, providing accurate information about our services and vehicles.
- Manage appointments and organize the schedules of the various service teams.
- Ensure smooth communication between customers and the various departments of the dealership.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming work environment, ensuring that the waiting area is always tidy.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of hospitality and service processes to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- At least one year of experience in a similar role; experience in the automotive sector is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and great organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in French; knowledge of English is an asset.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
- Knowledge of office software and appointment management tools.
