The Phaeton automotive group is currently looking for a sales consultant (new and used vehicles) to join the team at Richmond Hill Toyota!

To perform the following tasks
  • Create and foster new relationships to help generate sales growth
  • Follow the complete sales cycle

Details

Experience – Must Have:

  • Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record
  • Previous experience in the automotive industry, particularly in sales or at dealerships
  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience with a successful sales record
  • Retail experience is advantageous
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and promptly address customer inquiries
  • Exceptional persuasion and communication abilities
  • Self-motivated, amiable, and adaptable
  • Proficient in using computers

Experience – Nice to Have:

  • Experience in negotiation
  • Previous inside sales or telemarketing experience
  • Familiarity with software or digital solutions
