Job description

At Toyota St-Jérôme, we are looking for a passionate and motivated New Vehicle Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team. You will have the opportunity to grow in a stimulating environment within a well-established family business since 1969, where customer experience is at the heart of our concerns.

As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Warmly welcoming customers to our spacious showroom and providing them with a personalized experience.
  • Understanding customer needs and advising them on the new Toyota vehicle range, highlighting the features and benefits of each model.
  • Establishing and maintaining trusting relationships with clients to foster their loyalty and ensure exemplary after-sales service.
  • Following up with prospects and clients while achieving set sales targets.
  • Closely collaborating with the existing team to maximize sales volume while ensuring exceptional service.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year of sales experience, ideally in the automotive sector.
  • Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously while being a dynamic team player.
  • Passion for cars and knowledge of Toyota products is an asset.
  • Organizational skills, proactivity, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
