The Sales Manager generates additional revenue for the dealership by selling financing and insurance programs, as well as other after-sales items to customers purchasing new and used cars.

Job type: Full-time, Permanent

To perform the following tasks

Sell financing, insurance, and extended warranties.
Accurately process financing and leasing transactions.
Negotiate with financial institutions and work closely with management and the dealer to achieve sales goals.
Coordinate financing forecasts and maintain business relationships with various funding sources.
Research new financial institutions for competitive rates.
Prepare reports on financing penetration, profits, and maintain a program for after-sales service.
Provide up-to-date information on financing programs and train the sales team.
Supervise and train successors to ensure efficiency in the event of absence.
Ensure compliance, accuracy of documents, and collect fees.
Manage deposits, process credit applications, and coordinate the payroll of representatives.
Maintain updated and compliant records, including registering new cars.
Adhere to regulations and laws regarding automotive services, health, and safety.
Ensure cleanliness of the workspace, participate in training, meetings, and report any hazardous situations.
Perform other tasks as requested by management and as needed by the organization.

Schedule:

8 Hours
Monday to Friday
Rest on weekends

Desired profile

Details

High school diploma (DES) + training as a Sales Director (F & I);
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position;
Bilingualism;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite software.
