Team leader of the aesthetic department to manage the aesthetic department and perform quality control.
Day shift from Monday to Thursday from 8 AM to 5 PM and Friday from 8 AM to 2:30 PM.
Year-round work.
3 weeks of paid vacation.
Our workshop includes 5 fully equipped and air-conditioned aesthetic bays.
The candidate will be responsible for washing new and used vehicles, as well as performing aesthetic work on our clients' vehicles, and also assisting mechanics with mounting and balancing tires.
The main responsibilities will include:

Washing, waxing, and polishing paint;

Cleaning and shampooing vehicle interiors;

Applying sealant for paint and fabrics;

Applying rust protection;

Anti-theft marking.
Requirements:

Minimum experience in a similar position;

Punctuality, efficiency, and attention to detail are essential;

Ability to work under pressure.

Valid driver's license.
Pre-employment screening is mandatory.
