We are looking for a Technical Advisor for a replacement position that could last for 6 months with the possibility of becoming permanent.
We are seeking a candidate with a "customer-centric" attitude, who enjoys human contact and wants to invest in a long-term career.
If CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) and customer satisfaction are important to you, we want to meet you.
The candidate must adhere to internal procedures and have knowledge of the automotive field.
The responsibilities include welcoming customers, informing clients about required maintenance, preparing quotes, monitoring the progress of repairs in the workshop, and ultimately, providing exceptional service.
