POSITION: TECHNICAL ADVISOR MONT-ROYAL CHEVROLET CADILLAC
Mont-Royal Chevrolet is looking for a technical advisor to join its dynamic and high-performing team.

In the performance of your duties, you will need to:
- Welcome customers, take charge of their vehicles and determine each one's needs;
- Open and close work orders;
- Ensure customer satisfaction;
- Answer the phone promptly and courteously;
- Promote our specials and preventive maintenance services.
The required qualifications for the position are as follows:
- 2 years of experience in after-sales service;
- Commitment to exceptional and distinguished customer service;
- Punctuality, professionalism, and courtesy;
- Dynamism, involvement, and empathy.
