Here is the DESCRIPTION of your future TASKS
The used vehicle sales representative plays a supportive role in the financial and operational success of a car dealership. The tasks that await you are as follows:
Sales
- Welcoming customers; greet every customer with enthusiasm and willingness
- Assessing customer needs; identify specific needs of customers, including their budget, preferred models, and features
- Presenting vehicles; explain the features, options, and advantages of various available vehicle models, organize test drives for customers to try the cars
- Advice and recommendations; provide personalized advice to help customers choose the vehicle that best fits their needs
- Price negotiations; discuss and negotiate prices with customers, taking into account discounts, promotions, and trade-ins
- Managing sales files; prepare and manage the documentation related to the sale
- After-sales follow-up; ensure follow-up with customers after the purchase to ensure their satisfaction and to build loyalty, potentially offering additional services or updates
- Product knowledge; stay informed about new models and technical specifications
- Achieving sales targets; work to meet the sales goals set by management
- Team collaboration; work closely with other team members
- Participate in ongoing training activities on sales, customer service, and available products
- Knowledge of the automotive market in Quebec as well as in the region

- Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Knowledge of the following software: Merlin, SERTI, Activix, and Office Suite
- General knowledge of policies, rules, procedures, and laws of the automotive industry and the Consumer Protection Office
- Versatility and strong organizational skills
- Easy to work within a team
- Bilingual in French and English
