Job Description

Capital Chrysler Quebec, a member of the Laplante Auto Group, is seeking a Wholesale Parts Sales Representative to strengthen its team in Quebec City, QC. This position is ideally suited for a motivated candidate, customer service-oriented, and eager to develop their skills in a multi-brand, growing environment. Open to entry-level applicants (0 years of experience), with internal training provided.

Job Description

The Wholesale Parts Sales Representative acts as a reference point for professional clients (repair shops, distributors, and partners), offering them appropriate spare parts and consumables based on their needs. You work closely with the parts team and after-sales service to ensure fast and reliable service, all within the framework of sales and margin objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of professional clients in the wholesale parts sector.
  • Advise on OEM and compatible parts, and propose tailored solutions for repairs and maintenance.
  • Prepare and present quotes, process orders, and follow up until delivery, respecting deadlines and stock levels.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and the parts service to ensure customer satisfaction and optimize processes.
  • Achieve or exceed sales and profitability targets using consultative sales tactics and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Participate in inventory and stock management in collaboration with the store and suppliers.

Profile Requested

  • Entry-level accepted: 0 years of experience required; internal training available.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, customer service orientation, and good listening skills.
  • Good oral and written communication skills in French; English is an asset.
  • Team spirit, organization, and ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
  • Basic knowledge of automotive parts and workshop processes; familiarity with ERP/CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
