About the role
MasterTech is recruiting 310J Trailer Technicians for both seasoned Red Seal 310J Trailer Mechanics and new Red Seal 310J Techs and Apprentices.
Compensation & Benefits
- $38.00 - $41.00/hour
- Up to $1,000/month efficiency bonus
- Apprentice rate $25.00 - $35.00/hour DOE and Schooling
- Full company paid Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision
- RRSP Match
- 3 weeks Vacation

- Leave early on Fridays
Schedule
- Day Shift schedule:
- Monday to Thursday 7:00 am – 4:30 pm
- Friday 7:00 am – 2:30 pm
Responsibilities
- Work 44 hours per week with overtime on additional hours
- Maintain Dry Vans, Reefer Vans, Flat-Beds, Agriculture trailers, specialty trailers including live bottoms
- Mobile technicians typically work out of a client site and schedule stops as needed to fit operational needs
- Avoid roadside assistance duties
