About the role
The Erb Group is hiring a Truck Mechanic in Baden, Ontario. Use your 310T license and truck repair skills as a Truck Mechanic working rotating day and afternoon shifts.
The 310T Truck Mechanic assists with repairs and maintenance for trucks, trailers, and related equipment. Reporting to the Leadhand, Foreman, or Shop Manager, this role supports diagnosis, troubleshooting, documentation, and safe vehicle operation. The position requires Microsoft Office Suite and TMT software capability.
Apply your 310T qualification, mechanical aptitude, and documentation skills to support safe fleet repairs and maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Assist with truck, trailer, and equipment diagnosis and repairs
- Perform assigned repair and maintenance tasks

- Track parts usage and report inventory discrepancies
