Vimont Toyota Laval is looking for an Accounts Clerk to join the team at the most successful dealership in the Greater Montreal area.
Do you have at least two years of experience in a similar position within an auto dealership? Are you dynamic, meticulous, motivated, and ready to take on new challenges? Join our fantastic team!

Main Tasks:
Under the supervision of the Controller, you will be responsible for performing various accounting tasks, including but not limited to:
- Preparing and recording vehicle sale files;
- Monitoring disbursements and receivables related to vehicle sales;
- Verifying and recording work orders (internal);
- Processing check requisitions;
- Handling verifications and purchases of used vehicles;
- Entering warranties;
- Balancing and verifying commissions;
- Processing deposits related to sales files;
- Following up on wholesale financing;
- Performing various accounting tasks such as supporting and replacing colleagues as needed.
Desired Profile:
- Relevant experience in accounting;
- Experience in an auto dealership (a major asset);
- Knowledge of the PBS system (an asset);
- Initiative, professionalism, and rigor;
- Team spirit, dynamism, and autonomy;
- Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously;
- Good organizational and priority management skills.
