Main responsibilities:
- Record vehicle sales;
- Record vehicle trades between dealerships;
- Record vehicle purchases;
- Manage inventories in the general ledger;
- Follow up on receivables related to vehicle sales;
- Manage financing of vehicles in inventory;
- Various reports required by management;
- Assist with processing, verification and reconciliation of invoices.
Qualifications and required skills:
- Experience in accounting;
- Experience in the automotive dealership field (an asset);
- Knowledge of Reynolds systems (an asset);
- Bilingual, in French and English;
- Experience with data.
