Job Description
Kia Complex is seeking a Bookkeeping Clerk to join our team.
We are looking for an organized, rigorous, and meticulous individual who enjoys working with numbers and wishes to grow in a professional, friendly, and dynamic environment within a car dealership.
MAIN TASKS
• Verify sales files and ensure that documents are complete and compliant;
• Record sales of new and used vehicles;
• Follow up on transactions related to sales, exchanges, and rental buybacks;
• Account for Fleet sales;
• Process salesperson commissions;
• Enter and classify accounting data;
• Input invoices and supplier accounts;
• Follow up on customer and supplier accounts;
• Make necessary accounting entries;
• Prepare checks required for vehicle deliveries;
• Deposit funds every morning;
• Follow up on files with different departments;
• Participate in reconciliations and accounting verifications;
• Perform various administrative and accounting tasks;
• Collaborate with the controller and different departments of the dealership;
• Perform any other related tasks within the accounting department.
REQUIRED PROFILE
• Experience in accounting;
• Experience in a car dealership, an asset;
• Good knowledge of Keyloop, an asset;
• Organized, autonomous, and meticulous person;
• Attention to detail and accuracy;
• Ability to meet deadlines;
• Good team work skills;
• Professional and positive attitude.
