Duties and responsibilities
- Monitor cash on a daily basis.
- Enter supplier invoices and perform monthly checks.
- Reconcile statements and follow up on collections.
- Enter fuel and transportation invoices.
- Reconcile bank balances daily or as needed.
- Record wholesale sales and inter-dealership transactions.
- Assist with sales files before they are entered.
- Assist with the monthly account closing process.
- Prepare account analyses as requested.
- Collaborate on special projects as needed.
Schedule
Permanent position, Monday to Friday, flexible hours, on-site.
