• Account for new, used, and wholesale sales files; • Perform various accounting transactions related to inventories; • Record and account for daily accounting operations; • Process supplier invoices; • Verify and analyze commercial operations, such as receipt and expense reports, sales contracts, and parts/service reports; • Reconcile bank accounts daily; • Prepare monthly statements and send them to clients; • Analyze certain general ledger accounts, note all unusual entries, and verify them; • Participate in the monthly closing of accounting journals and the general ledger; • Compile reports and participate in special projects upon request; • Organize and plan the filing of accounting files; • Perform other tasks as needed and instructed by management.
