Job Description

Join a leading automotive manufacturer as an Applications Engineer and take technical ownership of customer programs from feasibility through to production and continual improvement. Lead exciting projects handling capability analyses, design concepts, and cost estimations. Drive successful product launches by managing tooling development and process requirements such as PFMEA, APQP, and PPAP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive programs through all lifecycle stages from feasibility to production
  • Perform detailed capability and capacity analyses
  • Develop innovative designs tailored to customer needs
  • Lead tooling and process development ensuring smooth production starts
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to support engineering changes

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of automotive engineering experience
  • Proficiency in CAD, preferably SolidWorks
  • Knowledge of injection molding processes
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with customers
  • Ability to manage multiple programs effectively
