Our car dealership is renowned for the quality of its customer service and its dynamic work environment. We are currently looking for a Service Appointment Coordinator to join our team in the service department. Do you enjoy communicating, resolving situations, and providing impeccable service? This position is for you!
Main Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and schedule service appointments.
- Greet customers professionally and courteously.
- Confirm and follow up on appointments to optimize technicians’ schedules.
- Make follow-up calls to customers (reminders, confirmations, satisfaction surveys).
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience.
Desired Profile:
- Experience in a dealership.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Good priority management and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with computer systems.
- Bilingualism (French and English).
