Job description
The team at Boucherville Chrysler is currently seeking an Assistant Controller for its accounting department. Responsibilities:
- Post sales records (new, used, wholesale and trade-ins);
- Track payments;
- Calculate commissions to be paid to the sales representatives;
- Process monthly rebates;
- Monitor the various accounting schedules;
- Provide support to the controller in various other accounting tasks. Job requirements:
- Experience in automotive accounting;
- Good adaptability;
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills;
- Ability to work with deadlines, including month-end;
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and autonomy;
- Knowledge of the Serti software (an asset). Working conditions:
- Monday to Friday, full-time 40 hours per week;
- Permanent position;
- Benefits;
- Salary up to $30 per hour.
