Job Description
HGregoire is currently seeking an Assistant Controller to join its finance team and support the operations of several of its dealerships.
In this key role, the selected individual will actively contribute to the accuracy and efficiency of the organization's accounting processes.
*Note that the workplace is located at the headquarters, 625 Dubois Street, Saint-Eustache (QC).
Schedule: Permanent full-time day position.
Responsibilities:
Assist the controller with month-end closing Expense account analysis Bank reconciliations and loan management Support for accounts payable and receivable Account filing Monthly GST/PST reporting Management of inter-dealership expenses Management of expense accounts Verification / analysis of schedules Perform the controller's duties in their absence.
Qualifications for the Assistant Controller:
DEC or AAS in accounting (an asset) Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Office suite Rigour, attention to detail, and autonomy Customer service oriented and team work Bilingualism – French (an asset) Experience in the automotive industry (a significant asset)
