Acura Montreal Center is looking for a assistant Sales Manager to join its team!
Acura Montreal Center, proud to have recently joined the Action Grenier Autogroupe group, is undergoing a transformation and is starting a new chapter under a dynamic and ambitious new management.
Main responsibilities:
- Assist the Sales Director in managing and improving the efficiency of the sales department
- Support the team in closing transactions
- Train, supervise, and motivate sales advisors
- Conduct "TO" (taking charge of customers to close sales)
- Ensure the distribution and follow-up of leads
- Support representatives during negotiations with clients
- Ensure sales targets are met and team performance is optimal
- Perform any other related tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the automotive field
- Management or leadership role experience (a significant advantage)
- Leadership, organizational skills, and team spirit
- Results-oriented and customer service focused
