Job Description
As Assistant Sales Director, you will join the dynamic team at Repentigny Chevrolet Buick GMC Corvette, a member of Tremblay Auto Group, to support and energize our business activities while providing an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and annual targets.
- Collaborate in developing and executing sales strategies and customer experience initiatives, in conjunction with the financing and service departments.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze results, and propose corrective actions to improve productivity and profitability.
- Ensure the quality of customer service and oversee the processes of presentation, demonstration, and sale of new Chevrolet, Buick, and GMC vehicles.
- Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and developing team talents; ensure ongoing training programs to uphold high standards.
- Coordinate daily sales department operations and support the sales manager in planning and resource management.
- Act as a liaison with other departments (service, parts, financing) to optimize deadlines and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales supervision role or in the automotive sector; relevant experience in sales and management is an asset.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills, with a results-oriented approach.
- Analytical and decision-making skills, focused on continuous improvement and team performance.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
