About the Role
Founded in 2002, CSN Collision is a leading network of independent collision repair facilities across Canada. We're looking for a dynamic Autobody Shop Manager to lead our team and ensure top-quality operations. You'll manage staff, coordinate with insurance companies, oversee inventory, and drive sales to meet targets.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate with insurance companies for claims and estimates
- Implement quality control to meet industry standards
- Manage parts inventory and supply orders
- Hire, train, and supervise technicians and support staff
- Build strong vendor relationships
- Handle customer inquiries with exceptional service
- Analyze finances and identify improvement areas
Requirements
- 5+ years store management experience
- Experience with Bodyshop Connect is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
