Job Description
Coordinate automotive advertising delivery at INNOCEAN Worldwide Canada, combining project planning and stakeholder communication in Toronto’s hybrid workplace.
This Project Manager works with Account Services on Retail or Brand accounts. The position supports campaign execution across creative, digital, social, CRM, media, production, and retail marketing channels. Automotive retail or automotive marketing experience is strongly preferred, alongside careful management of deadlines, budgets, and deliverables. Use automotive marketing knowledge, campaign coordination, and detail-focused communication to support INNOCEAN’s Retail and Brand accounts.
Responsibilities
- Serve as day-to-day project contact for clients and internal teams
- Support kickoffs, status meetings, timeline reviews, and client communication
- Coordinate cross-functional campaign execution and workflow priorities
- Monitor milestones, quality control, approvals, and project risks
- Assist with estimates, scopes, change requests, and financial tracking
Requirements
- Two to three years in advertising, marketing, or creative agencies
- Automotive retail or high-volume advertising experience strongly preferred
- Ability to manage large deliverable volumes accurately
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
