About the role
As Business Development Manager, you will implement sales and marketing programs for NAPA and traditional sales channel key accounts. The position focuses on growing market share and meeting annual sales targets. You will promote DRiV Aftermarket products through customer presentations, training, merchandising, and account collaboration.
Bring automotive aftermarket sales expertise, bilingual communication, and account development skills to Tenneco’s Eastern Canada growth agenda.
Responsibilities
- Grow business profitably within the assigned area
- Implement marketing programs for assigned customer channels
- Train key account sales teams to grow category sales
- Analyze markets and identify potential growth opportunities
- Resolve customer requests and complaints within the area
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Five years of automotive aftermarket sales experience
- Success consistently exceeding sales targets
- Ability to travel up to 50% within Canada
