Automotive and Equipment Service Technician
Join our team as a safety-focused, self-directed Automotive & Equipment Service Technician in a Fly-In, Fly-Out (FIFO) role based in Christina Lake. You will maintain and repair light-duty fleet and support equipment, ensuring operational reliability and strong safety culture. This role offers the chance to work independently in remote, challenging environments with all tools and equipment provided. If you are a certified journeyman with solid technical diagnostic skills and experience in automotive and equipment maintenance, this is a great opportunity to advance your career in a dynamic setting.
Location: Christina Lake (FIFO, flights from Calgary or Edmonton)
Schedule: 7/7 rotation, Wednesday to Wednesday
Key Qualifications:
- Automotive Service Technician Journeyman Certificate
- Minimum 5 years experience
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License with Air Brake Endorsement
- Current H2S Alive and Standard First Aid certifications
Technical expertise in: vehicle diagnostics, electrical, hydraulic, A/C systems, and mixed equipment fleets.
Assets: Red Seal certification, experience with Ford/Kubota equipment, and remote industrial settings.
