JY AUTO MECHANIC SHOP is hiring an automotive body repair shop supervisor in Kitchener, ON N2G 3R5. The position is on site.

Responsibilities
- Prepare production and other reports
- Recommend measures to improve productivity
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Supervise workers and projects
- Co-ordinate and schedule activities
- Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions
- Train or arrange for training
- Estimate costs and materials
- Recommend personnel actions
- Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units
- Supervise 5-10 people
- Supervise staff in various areas of responsibility
Requirements
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
- Security and safety: Bondable
- Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence
- Work conditions and physical capabilities: Work under pressure; fast-paced environment; physically demanding; tight deadlines
- Personal suitability: Client focus; efficient interpersonal skills; excellent oral communication; excellent written communication; flexibility; organized; team player
