About the role
Automotive body shop foreperson/woman at LEGACY AUTO TECH in Ottawa, Ontario.
- Salary: 37.00 hourly / 40 to 50 hours per week
- Terms of employment: Permanent employment, full time
- Schedule: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening
- Starts as soon as possible
- Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Responsibilities
- Prepare production and other reports
- Recommend measures to improve productivity
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Supervise workers and projects
- Co-ordinate and schedule activities
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units
- Supervise labourers
Requirements
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Work conditions and physical capabilities: Work under pressure
- Personal suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, organized, team player
