Work with one of the largest Diesel Engines and Power Generator manufacturers in the US. You'll handle customer communications by sending estimates, opening work orders, and invoicing, providing critical administrative support in the service department.
What you'll do:
- Be the first point of contact, delivering excellent customer service.
- Help grow business through positive relationships.
- Assess customer needs and create work orders.
- Provide status updates to customers.
What we’re looking for:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years in a customer-facing role (automotive experience preferred).
- Must speak French; English is a plus.
- Strong communication skills.
- Prior experience as a service writer/admin is a bonus.
Contract duration: 6 months with possibility of extension or permanent placement based on performance.
